Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 7-8 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carrier

We select the shipping carrier for all orders to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery. If you have a preferred shipping carrier or specific delivery requirements, please contact our team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Business Hours

Our order processing hours are from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be processed starting from 5:00 AM the following day. We do not process orders between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM as this is our rest period.

Damage Protection

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure safe delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, we will provide full compensation or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
