Halloween Edit — 10-Day No-Reason Returns

For Pumpkin Cat, Magic Cat, Devil Cat, Broom Cat, Devil Pumpkin and Magic Ghost Plush Bag Charms, request a free return for any reason within 10 days of delivery. No reason is required when requesting a return.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Contact us with your order number within the 10-day window; we will provide a return address and prepaid return label. We process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

This Halloween offer replaces the standard 7-day window for these six products. The standard policy below applies to all other products.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with a return address and return label
4. Package the item according to our packaging requirements and ship it back

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
